The Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) is dedicated to empowering women in the building industry. Our mission includes promoting professionalism and leadership while fundraising for scholarships that support the growth of both young men and women in our trades. Through educational programs and networking opportunities, we foster a vibrant community that encourages the next generation of industry leaders to thrive and succeed.
Join us in making a difference and supporting the advancement of women in building while fostering and making a difference in the lives of future tradespeople. Together, we can inspire and uplift the next generation of leaders in the building industry. 2025 is a new year with new opportunities.
PWB has officially launched a Texas not-for-profit corporation, Professional Women in Building West Texas, that is pending 501(c)(3) status before the IRS. This means your donation to the PWB Scholarship Fund and events that fund our scholarships are now charitable contributions! We are excited to grow and provide these benefits for our supporters.
