Stuart Chinworth

Stuart Chinworth is a Fort Worth native who initially entered the industry as a real estate investor before transitioning into professional brokerage. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University.
His professional background is rooted in industrial equipment and technical sales. He began his career as a Technical Sales Engineer, providing industrial rotating equipment to major manufacturers throughout Texas. He later joined a bearing manufacturer, where he supported a global client base of the world's largest manufacturing organizations.
Stuart leverages his commercial insight, negotiation skills and first hand investment knowledge to help his clients make informed, strategic decisions that fit their operational and investment goals.
He lives in Shallowater with his wife and two children. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys taking RV trips with his family and attending Texas Tech football games.
