Janie Zuniga

My name is Janie Zuniga and I am the Director of Sales for the MCM Elegante Hotel and Suites. For the last 13 years I have helped my guests with all of their sleeping room needs and banquet space needs. Whether they are local contractors or not, we can offer them a great nights stay and great rate with a really great breakfast in the morning.

I have been a top performer with this company and I always look for the next challenge. I have worked with the National Guard as the Family Readiness Leader when the 2-142 was deployed, helping families with their needs while their soldiers were gone. I volunteer with the Lubbock Lion's Club where in 2025 I was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellow Award for humanitarian services. I am an active member of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce as well for the last 13 years where I volunteer for various events and causes.

I am a mom of 3 grown children who I am very proud of, and I am also a widow of a former National Guardsman who served his country for 26 years. I like to jump out of perfectly good planes for fun and enjoy socializing with friends.
