David Moreno, P.E., CFM

David Moreno has 20 years of experience in transportation, environmental, land development, and site development engineering. As President of R2M Engineering since 2011, David leads a diverse team of engineers, surveyors, safety and environmental professionals, technicians, and administrative support staff. He also serves as the Principal-in-Charge and Lead Designer for civil engineering and survey projects.
