Professional Bio
Originally from Orlando, Florida, I later made Lubbock my home, where I met and married my husband, William LaDuc. Together, we have one son, Philip.
I bring extensive experience in business management, residential and commercial portfolio management, and accounting. Throughout my career, I have served in senior leadership roles focused on strengthening operations, building financial systems, and cultivating high-performing teams. I have played a key role in scaling organizations, improving efficiency, and developing strong workplace cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and purpose. Growing people and developing individual talent is at the heart of my leadership philosophy.
I currently serve as Business Manager for Lubbock Land Company, where I supervise company operations and lead employees across the organization. My responsibilities include implementing strategic initiatives, evaluating portfolio performance, and developing teams aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
My professional work is guided by a deep commitment to fostering safe, healthy communities where individuals and families can build legacies and thrive. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am passionate about animal welfare and actively partner with family, friends, and the community to secure permanent homes for animals in need. Together with my husband, I have fostered, raised, and placed hundreds of animals into loving homes.
