Carter Barnhill

Carter Barnhill is an Outside Sales Representative with Foundation Building Materials (FBM), serving builders, contractors, and commercial construction professionals throughout West Texas. He works closely with customers to provide building material solutions, develop strong business relationships, and support successful construction projects across the region.

Before joining FBM, Carter served as a Construction Superintendent, managing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. He also proudly served in the United States Army as an Infantry Sergeant, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his professional approach.

A proud Texas Tech University alumnus, Carter was born and raised in Lubbock and is passionate about supporting the continued growth of the West Texas construction industry. He enjoys building lasting relationships with builders, developers, and industry partners while helping deliver quality projects that strengthen the communities he calls home.
