TAB Contracts 101 Builder Lunch & Learn sponsored by StrucSure Home Warranty

After the last TAB Contracts Lunch & Learn, we received multiple requests for a more 101 walk-through lunch and learn on the contracts and understanding the more than 70+ supplemental forms available to subscribers. In response to this request and with a goal of making sure our builders and remodelers are as equipped as possible to protect their businesses, we are hosting one final Lunch & Learn for the year.

Join us on Wednesday, December 3, at the WTHBA Office for a Contracts 101 Lunch & Learn sponsored by StrucSure Home Warranty, designed for both:

• New users who want to understand the TAB contracts and key terms, and
• Experienced builders who may need a good refresher on what's in the contracts, what supplementals are new, and how to best fill them out.

We’ll walk through the TAB contract package and break down the language and options when filling it out. Helping you leave feeling:

• Confident using the contracts in real-world situations
• Better protected in your next homebuilding or remodeling project
• Equipped to train your team to use them correctly

This event is only open to Builder Members or their employees/direct contacts who assist them with their contracts.   

Food line will open at 11:45 am & the program will start promptly at 12:00 pm. Don Shelton, our guru, TAB Contracts Attorney, will be zooming in for this one. Bring your laptops so you can follow along with the documents. Be sure to purchase the latest contracts package below before the lunch & learn.

Lunch will be provided, so please register no later than December 1st so we can have a good headcount for food.
