Jason Swofford

Jason has over 28 years of engineering experience and serves as HRA’s President. He is responsible for the overall management of company activities and still serves many of HRA’s clients. His experience includes residential and commercial development, institutional design, roadway design and hydraulics, complex storm water analysis, playa lake studies, FEMA flood plain studies, and right-of-way (ROW) acquisition. Jason has served in many roles including Principal-in-Charge, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Design Engineer on multiple projects within the City of Lubbock. Jason's activities on these projects included alignment studies, profile design, PS&E, utility coordination, landowner coordination, and ROW acquisition.
