Meagan Ponce - Currently serving as Division President over Eastern New Mexico and West Texas regions. French Brothers is a leading home builder in New Mexico and is soon to be entering the West Texas Market. In My role as Division President I oversee operations, strategic planning, and sales, my main focus is over all customer satisfaction by assuring each home is delivered with high quality and our homeowners are met with the expectations we promised. I have a strong dedication to my team and I truly feel leadership is my passion. I enjoy being able to be a part of peoples growth and helping people one by one build better communities. I have over a decades experience in the homebuilding industry and started my career in the field as a superintendent, managing job sites, Learning from the ground up. though I feel I have learned many lessons and can share some valuable insight, I more so recognize I have so much more to learn. I would love to be apart of a group that helps build each other up and discuss best practices to assure we are all making our communities the best possible.
